 It is Quite essential for both the employee and Employer to have Healthy Working Environment. To do so, there are rules or Workplace Etiquette that every employee should Follow:

  1. Be Respectful: It is said that, there are different people with different state of mind and Beliefs, so it is important for employee or a new Joining employee to respects their coworkers and their religious beliefs.
  2. Think Before You Speak: As we all know “Words spoken out and heard cannot be taken back”. That’s why you need to make sure that, the languages and tone you use must not offend others . Even when it comes to email, be professional.
  3. Be Polite and Professional: Limit your personal calls. You could use your lunch break to take calls. Also, if you are sharing your personal life with your colleagues, do not overshare to the point that they start to avoid chatting with you. 
  4. Beware of Gossips: There will be instances when a coworker irritates you. Do not go to others to talk about that person or what he has done.
